AssetLens ("the Service") is a web application that generates AI-powered 10-year price forecasts for publicly traded stocks and cryptocurrencies. The Service is operated from Switzerland.

2. No Investment Advice

The forecasts, analyses, and all other content provided by AssetLens are for informational and educational purposes only. Nothing on this Service constitutes investment advice, financial advice, trading advice, or any other form of professional advice.

AssetLens is not a registered investment adviser, broker-dealer, or financial planner. We are not licensed or regulated by FINMA (Switzerland), the SEC, FINRA (United States), or any EU financial supervisory authority.

3. No Warranty on AI Accuracy

AI-generated content may contain errors, hallucinations, or outdated information. Market conditions can change rapidly and unpredictably. Cryptocurrency markets are particularly volatile and carry the risk of total loss of invested capital.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, AssetLens and its operators shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to financial losses resulting from investment decisions made based on forecasts provided by the Service.

All content, design, and software comprising the Service are the intellectual property of AssetLens or its licensors. AI-generated forecasts are provided to you for personal, non-commercial use only.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AssetLens and its operators from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Switzerland. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Zurich, Switzerland.
